Spin the wheel

Add names, spin, and the wheel picks one. The server draws the winning slice and seals it together with the list of names, so nobody can swap the winner afterwards.

Each spin uses the same provably-fair seed chain as the dice and shows up under your game ID on the verify page, names included.
